TIMBER TREATMENT

The client should always opt for pre-treatment of timber if they expect a long life for the fence.
It is now possible to have timber treated to give a minimum life expectancy of 15 and also 30 years.
Most installers will automatically give the treatment specialist's certificate that indicates the life expectancy.
If it is not offered, demand that it is given even, if necessary, before settlement of any invoice.
